This super easy crock pot barbecue is a recipe you will make over and over!
Why You Will Love This Easy Chicken Barbecue
You just throw the chicken in the crock pot, add a few ingredients and forget it. Come home to a delicious meal! We love to grab some buns and a bag of chips, and you have a simple meal the whole family will love. You can easily double or triple this recipe for a larger group. It reheats really well and is great for a gathering. Take this to any party and you will come home with an empty dish!
When Do You Shred The Chicken?
We also cook the breast, and once it is done, we shred the chicken with two forks and then place it back in the sauce to keep it moist. We just serve this out of the crock pot, which is why it’s perfect for any gathering. Just put your crock pot on warm and set the buns right next to it!
What Toppings Do You Love?
We love adding pickles to sandwiches or coleslaw! Both go great, and even if you don’t want the coleslaw on the sandwich, it’s great on the side. Add these maple baked beans to the meal for a real treat! Also, if you don’t want to make this as a sandwich, it’s delicious over a baked potato.
