This is a cold pasta salad that comes together really easy and is loaded in flavor. Made with pepperoni and super versatile and one your friends and family will love. This is the perfect potluck dish, and every time I take it anywhere I come back with an empty pan and request the recipe! This is also the perfect weeknight side dish and it can be made in advance.
Swaps and Additions
This salad is super versatile; you can swap out the regular pepperoni for turkey pepperoni. You can add other vegetables too, such as green peppers, onions, and olives. You can switch out the cheese if you like and add in more seasonings if you want too. Also if you would like a higher protein salad, you can use protein pasta and turkey pepperoni. If you want to make this but cut it in half, go ahead, it will be just as good! It’s the perfect recipe to cut down.
How Long Does It Keep?
You can make this a day in advance and it does keep for 3-4 days in the refrigerator. You may have to add a little more Italian dressing but it will still be good!

Pepperoni Pizza Pasta Salad
This Pepperoni Pizza Pasta Salad is packed with pepperoni, cheese, pasta, and Italian flavor in every bite. The perfect cold pasta salad for potlucks, summer cookouts, family gatherings, and pizza night!
- 2 teaspoons of oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 16 ounce box of rotini pasta
- 8 ounce package of pepperoni cut up
- 8 ounce package of mozzarella cheese chopped into small cubes
- 1 cup grape tomatoes sliced to the size you like
- 8 ounces of cheddar cheese shredded or chopped
- 3/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 1.5 cups Italian Dressing can add more if you need

In a large pot, cook pasta according to package directions, drain and rinse with cold water.

Add pasta and all ingredients to a large bowl and mix well.

Cover and put in fridge to cool for 2 hours.

Add more dressing if you feel it needs it.

Serve and enjoy.
